We are looking for a Business Developer (Greek Market) to join our team !
Context
Under the direct supervision of Selectra's cofounders, your mission will be to start Selectra’s business in Greece and quickly reach profitability.
Expected results
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : Create Selectra’s Greek website and reach 10K daily visitors within 8 months.
Partnership management: sign distribution agreements with a competitive energy provider within 3 months, with a second within 6 months;
Search Engine Advertising (SEA): launch a profitable Google Ads campaign within 3 months;
Operation set up: establish sales standards by picking up calls from SEO and SEA and then, hire your first sales agents in Greece to help customers navigate the energy market and switch to cheaper contracts ;
Breakeven: reach profitability for Selectra Greece within 6 months.
Profile
- Academic excellence : demonstrated high performance in education;
- Languages: native Greek speaker, good command of English, French or Spanish is a plus;
- Versatile profile with talent in writing, communication, administration, analytical skills, management and leadership.
Terms and conditions
- Type of contract: 2 months Spanish contract initially, then permanent Greek contract;
- Location: Full time position based in any major Greek city, with an initial period of 1-2 months of training in Madrid or Barcelona;
- Range salary (fixed and bonus): upon profile.
